What we collect

When you submit the consultation form we collect the name, email address, phone number, business type, fleet size, platform details and message you choose to provide.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we collect it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an assessment of your online presence and, if you become a client, to deliver the service you have asked for.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered to our own inbox through our email provider. If you become a client, we access the booking platform accounts you explicitly grant us access to, and only for the work you have asked us to do.

Those accounts always remain in your name. You can revoke our access at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up. Ask us to delete your details and we will remove them.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, this page will be updated first.
